You buy a rendered dossier, not an introduction

Every nurse you can see here has passed five phases of verification — identity, academic record, licences and examinations, clinical experience, and occupational health. What you pay for is that work, and the recruitment cost sits with you rather than with her, which is what the ethical codes this platform implements require.

Consent, not access

Buying a portfolio does not buy an introduction. Unlocking a file records your interest; the nurse sees it and decides whether to accept. Nothing is shared until she does. Referees' contact details are not in the dossier at all — a verified reference is not a licence to approach the referee. And she can see which facilities have opened her file, because she is entitled to know.

A rendered dossier, not the nurse's files

What you receive states what the platform verified, when, and by whom, across six sections: professional summary, verified identity, academic record, licences and examinations, clinical experience and references, and occupational health clearance. You do not receive her documents, or a link to them. That is what a hiring decision needs, and it is the most that can be handed over without moving custody of the papers away from the person they belong to.

Charged once per candidate

A portfolio is charged once per facility and candidate, enforced by a unique index in the database rather than by a rule in an application. A second look costs nothing, and neither does coming back to the same file a month later. What you buy is access to a file, not a page view.

The attestation comes first

Before your facility can unlock a portfolio, approach a candidate, or post a requisition, someone signs an attestation: the facility bears the full cost of recruitment, will not recover it from the worker, and will not hold the worker's documents. The confirmation has to match the text word for word — an approximation is refused, because an attestation that cannot be evidenced is not one.

You cannot see an unverified nurse

Verified-only is not a checkbox on a search screen. A row-level security policy admits a facility's session only to profiles that are live; the directory queries re-apply the same filter explicitly; and one function is the only writer of that flag anywhere in the codebase. There is no publish button, because there should be no way to publish an unverified profile.

The nurse's protections are part of your contract

Every placement contract carries thirty days for the nurse to have an attorney of her own choosing read it before she signs, and seven days afterwards to rescind without penalty and without giving a reason. A contract cannot be created already-signed. A placement that survives that is one the nurse chose — which is the kind still in post at day 180.
