You will never be charged a fee

Not to register, not to be verified, not to be placed. That is not a policy somebody can decide differently next quarter — the database refuses to record you as a payer, and every attempt to try is kept on the record. Here is the rest of what you are agreeing to, and where each part of it is enforced.

No fee, at any stage, enforced where it cannot be edited away

A nurse cannot be recorded as a payer on this platform. The column has no value for it, a constraint forbids it, and a trigger rejects a payment booked against an organization but initiated by a candidate. A guard runs before any payment provider is contacted at all, and every blocked attempt is written to an evidence file tagged with the rule it enforced. Your portal has no checkout, no basket, and no price on any screen. If anybody has asked you for money in connection with a placement, say so from your portal — that is ours to deal with, not yours.

Your documents stay yours

Download them whenever you like, as often as you like, at no charge. Withdraw them whenever you like: the file itself is deleted and the record shows the withdrawal happened. There are no download counters, no allowances, and no replacement fee anywhere in this system, and a test fails if one is ever added. Withdrawing a document can reopen a checklist item and take your profile off the directory — the screen says so before the button, because it is your decision to make.

Thirty days to read it, seven to change your mind

Every placement contract gives you thirty days to have an attorney of your own choosing read it before you sign, and seven days after signing to rescind without penalty. A contract cannot be created already-signed. Rescinding asks for no reason — the field is optional in the database, optional in the API, and labelled optional on the screen.

Verification that treats you as a professional

Five phases: identity, academic record, licences and examinations, clinical experience, and occupational health. The identity check can be re-run as often as needed and is never charged for — a blurred photograph is not a bad nurse, so an unmatched result asks for a better picture rather than failing you. A passing automated match does not close the identity phase by itself; a person reads the documents and closes it. Any item rejected must carry a note saying what to fix, and if something is outstanding when you submit, the platform tells you which items rather than leaving you to guess.

Who can see you, and who has looked

Only a profile that has passed all five phases is visible to a hiring facility. When a facility opens your file you can see that it did. Its interest in you is a request, not an introduction: you accept or decline, and nothing is shared until you accept. Your referees' contact details are never handed over — a verified reference is not a licence to approach the person who gave it.

Who bears the cost

The hiring facility pays the cost of recruitment, in full, and signs an attestation to that effect before it can transact at all: that it will not recover the cost from the worker, and will not hold the worker's documents. Where a training partner has advanced costs on your behalf, those are refunded by the facility that hires you and never become your bill.
