What this platform will not do
Never charge a nurse to be placed
No registration fee, no verification fee, no placement fee, no success fee — by us or by anybody through us. The hiring facility bears the cost of recruitment, in full.
Never hold your documents
Your certificates stay yours. Download them any time, withdraw them any time, at no cost.
Never rush a signature
Thirty days to have an attorney of your own choosing read any contract, before you sign it.
Never trap you in one
Seven days to cancel after signing, without penalty and without giving a reason.
Implemented under the TruMerit Health Care Code for Ethical International Recruitment Practices, the ILO Fair Recruitment Initiative, and the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel.
Five phases to verified
A profile reaches the competency directory only when all five have passed.
- Phase A
Civil & Identity
Passport or national ID, matched biometrically to a selfie — then read by a person, who closes the phase.
- Phase B
Academic
Degree, transcript, and the training institution's attestation.
- Phase C
Credentials
NCLEX-RN, TruMerit evaluation, home licence, IELTS or OET.
- Phase D
Clinical
Experience matrix and three responded references.
- Phase E
Health
Immunizations and TB screening.

A computer centre with machines and staff who know how to use them. The forms are hers to fill in and many would rather pay somebody to do it. She signs in as herself and authorizes you; she pays your counter rates for the typing, and we pay you a share of the placement fee out of our margin for keeping her enrolment moving.
